Production begins as soon as you place your order.

Most of our production is handled in St. Petersburg Florida and Detroit Michigan. During busier periods or hurricane season, we ask for a full 3 business days (hopefully no more), though we are always working to reduce production times. Please see our announcement bar for potential delays due to weather extremes.

Typically, we aim to have your order ready to ship within 1-3 business days.

For Christmas Delivery Select Expedited Shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS unless you request expedited shipping.

DURING THE HOLIDAYS EXPEDITED SHIPPING is 1-3 DAYS. Tracking number is sent VIA EMAIL with your order number.

Your item may be transferred from UPS or FedEx to USPS per their contract.

We provide tracking numbers, {during non-peak times and most orders are shipped free and delivered within 7-10 days}
