We typically ship all orders within 2-5 business days. Some items, such as our woven blankets, will take longer, up to 7 days for production. All items have an estimated production time and are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please check our website for updates to shipping speed during high traffic holidays.Â

Carrier Delays
Once your package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, delivery is out of our control. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier backlogs, or other unforeseen events. We will, however, assist you in tracking your order and contacting the carrier if needed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but ultimate responsibility lies with the shipping provider.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund or reship orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
