Supplier Code of Conduct

At Lula Lai LLC dba My Bespoke Bliss, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and social responsibility in our supply chain. All suppliers and manufacturers that partner with us are required to adhere to the following standards:

Compensation / Wages & Benefits

Suppliers must compensate all workers fairly and at least at the minimum wage required by local law, including legally mandated benefits. Wages must be paid on time and in full. Workers shall not be required to pay recruitment fees or other costs to secure or maintain employment.

Hours of Work

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws regarding working hours. Regular working hours shall not exceed the maximum allowed by law, and workers are entitled to legally required breaks and rest days.

Overtime

Overtime must be voluntary, compensated at a premium rate consistent with local laws, and must not be excessive or exploitative. Workers must never be forced to work overtime as a condition of employment.

Child Labor

Women’s Rights

Suppliers must uphold the rights of women workers, ensuring a workplace free from harassment, discrimination, or abuse. Women must receive equal pay for equal work, fair treatment in hiring and promotion, and full access to maternity protections as required by law.

Health & Safety

Suppliers must provide a safe, healthy, and clean workplace. This includes proper training, protective equipment, emergency preparedness, and adherence to occupational health and safety regulations. Unsafe working conditions must be promptly corrected.

Environmental Responsibility

Suppliers should minimize environmental impact by using sustainable practices, reducing waste, and complying with environmental regulations.

Transparency

Suppliers must be transparent regarding sourcing, production practices, and labor standards. Subcontracting and upstream suppliers must be disclosed where applicable.

Accountability

Suppliers must monitor their practices and provide evidence of compliance upon request. Non-compliance may result in corrective action or termination of the supplier relationship.
