By placing an order for a personalized product with Lula Lai LLC dba My Bespoke Bliss, the customer will agree to the following terms.

All content, designs, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, and logos displayed on this website are the property of Lula Lai LLC / My Bespoke Bliss and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Certain products and designs are the subject of registered or common-law trademarks owned exclusively by us. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any intellectual property owned by Lula Lai LLC / My Bespoke Bliss is strictly prohibited.

• Restricted Content: We do not accept personalization that includes unauthorized third-party names, logos, characters, slogans, or trademarked content.
• Prohibited Content: Personalizations containing offensive, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful content will be refused.
• Customer Responsibility: By submitting personalization requests, the customer represents and warrants that they own or have the legal right to use the content submitted and that such use does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any personalization request at our sole discretion to ensure compliance with our policies, licensing obligations, and applicable law.
