Q: My acrylic item arrived, I am not sure how it works, where can I learn more?

Q: What color is the actual acrylic?
A: Acrylic is Clear – Designs are printed backwards on the back for a smooth front finish.

Q: My design looks cloudy/ilegible, I think someone printed it wrong!
A: Remember first Remove Protective Film – There will be either a blue vinyl or brown paper on the front. Remove it completely before use.

Q: I opened this and it looks scratched. Is it scratched? 
A: Before removing the film, the scratches you see are likely on the vinyl, not the acrylic itself.

Q: Can I return it?
A: If your unit is broken or not functioning email us immediately at info@mybespokebliss.com We ask that you send us pictures of your broken item and we will send a return sticker immediately so you can return for a full refund or replacement.
